Returns Policy

We care about your satisfaction of our products.

Returns will be accepted for refund or store credit if you notified us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We also accept a return for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product and the buyer is responsible for the shipping. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item except shipping fee.

Please note that we do not accept any return package without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) clearly displayed on the box. Therefore, you need to notify us in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. Returns sent without an authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

In addition, we must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return  and the product is in  undamaged and saleable condition, which means no tags removed or damage to special packaging.
